Welcome to Progressra. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
1. Platform Overview
Progressra provides a multi-tenant cloud infrastructure that allows independent merchants to:
- Deploy and host independent online storefronts
- Distribute Physical & Digital products securely
- Integrate proprietary Payment Gateways (Razorpay) and SMTP services
- Access automated order management and business intelligence tools
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate information during signup
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- Sharing credentials with unauthorized third parties is prohibited
3. Seller Responsibility
You are fully responsible for:
- The quality and fulfillment of products sold
- Pricing, returns, refunds, and initial dispute resolutions
- Compliance with Indian laws (GST, consumer protection, and data privacy)
Progressra is NOT a party to transactions between you and your customers.
4. Payments & Funds
All payments are processed through your connected Razorpay account. Funds are transferred directly to you by the gateway according to your settlement cycle.
Progressra does not hold, manage, or control merchant funds at any stage of the transaction flow.
5. Acceptable Use
To ensure platform stability, merchants must adhere to the following:
- Digital Goods: Pirated assets or content violating intellectual property rights are forbidden.
- Infrastructure: Intentional attempts to strain our API or servers may result in service throttling.
- Prohibited Items: Sales of items on Razorpay's Restricted Business list is strictly forbidden.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Progressra shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
