Refund Policy

Transparency in our merchant relationships is key. This Refund Policy describes how we handle cancellation and refund requests for Progressra subscription services.

1. Subscription Billing

Progressra is a SaaS subscription service. By choosing a plan, you agree to recurring billing based on your selected cycle (Monthly/Yearly) until you cancel your subscription.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your merchant dashboard. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Upon cancellation, your store may be taken offline at the end of the current paid term.

3. Refund Terms

Subscription Refunds: Progressra does not offer partial or full refunds for any used or unused portion of your subscription cycle unless otherwise required by law or specified in a separate promotional offer.

Exceptions: In cases of technical errors resulting in double charging or incorrect billing, please contact our support team immediately for a manual review.

Merchant-Customer Refunds

Progressra provides the platform, but you are responsible for any refunds requested by your own customers.

Any transactions processed through your connected Razorpay account must be refunded manually by you via the Razorpay dashboard. Progressra does not hold customer funds and cannot issue refunds on your behalf.
